Weatherbee Resources Virtual Hospice Regulatory Boot Camp – March 2022

We are pleased to announce litigation-healthcare partner Howard J. Young and associate Jacob J. Harper will present at the Weatherbee Resources Virtual Hospice Regulatory Boot Camp.

The hospice regulatory boot camp will explain the rules and regulations that govern the provision of, and payment for hospice care, while providing in-depth, timely, and relevant information related to hospice regulations, compliance challenges, and managing hospice scrutiny.

Jacob will present “Hospice in the Government Crosshairs”—a discussion of the government’s current scrutiny of hospice providers and concrete and practical approaches for risk mitigation, on Monday, March 21, 2022, from 3:45–5:00 pm ET.

Howard will present “Developing and Maintaining a Robust Compliance Program,” showing how to identify and mitigate risks through the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program and work plan, on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 2:30–3:45 pm ET.
