PLI's Hedge Fund & Private Equity Enforcement & Regulatory Developments 2023

Partner Kelly Gibson will speak during Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI’s) Hedge Fund and Private Equity Enforcement and Regulatory Developments 2023 conference.

The program will reflect the current regulatory developments encountered by lawyers working with hedge and private equity funds and help attendees prepare strategies for navigating the enhanced risk of government investigations and leverage the insights from lessons learned by those on the front line of compliance.

Kelly will speak on the panel Emerging SEC Issues in Regulatory Oversight of Private Funds, from 11:30 am–12:30 pm ET. The panel will address evolving issues in regulatory reporting, disclosure, and registration obligations for private funds.
