2026 FIA Law and Compliance Conference

Partner Penelope Christophorou will be a panelist on Doc Talk: Treasury Clearing during the 2026 FIA Law and Compliance Conference.

The industry has been hard at work to develop standard documentation for both done-with and done-away treasury clearing models. This workshop will review the key documents and how both new and existing market participants can deploy them to be ready when the clearing mandate goes live at year-end.
