NEW YORK, August 9, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented Tiedemann Wealth Management, a New York-based wealth advisor overseeing $9 billion in client assets, in its combination with Presidio Capital Advisors, a San Francisco-based wealth advisor overseeing approximately $4 billion in client assets. The transaction was announced on August 8.
The combined firm will operate under the Tiedemann Wealth Management brand with approximately $13 billion in assets under advisement and offices in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Palm Beach, Wilmington, DE and Washington, D.C.
The Morgan Lewis team advising Tiedemann on the transaction was led by partner Floyd Wittlin and associate Morgan McDevitt. Team members included partners Christina Melendi, Carol Dillon, Charles Bogle, Jeanie Cogill, Charles Horn, and Jacqueline Aguilera; partner-elect James Collins; of counsel Katy Gordon and Monica Parry; and associates Michelle Shin, Douglas Lane and Cameron Saul.
