2016年9月19日

NEW YORK, September 19, 2016: Morgan Lewis kicks off its second annual M&A Academy on September 20 with a webinar called “Beginning a Deal: Nondisclosure Agreements and Letters of Intent.”

This year Morgan Lewis will host more than 20 programs geared toward mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professionals and specialists in benefits, intellectual property and tax, among other areas, looking for a comprehensive, yet tailored, overview of the latest issues and significant developments in M&A.

More than 30 Morgan Lewis partners across a number of the firm’s leading practices will facilitate the 2016-2017 curriculum of 23 webinars on critical topics ranging from structuring and negotiating transactions to indemnification to issues relating to specific types of transactions, such as banker conflicts in public company M&A.

“This year’s series of self-contained programs provides a complete M&A overview for M&A professionals as well as participants in select focus areas, including relevant insight and key deal tips, in an efficient and accessible format that our clients and other participants have found to be extremely useful,” said partner John Utzschneider.

M&A practice leader Richard Aldridge added, “Once again, we are pleased to offer this structured learning initiative that showcases the breadth and depth of the firm’s M&A practice.”

The 2016-2017 M&A Academy runs through June; CLE credit is available.
