PHILADELPHIA, January 17, 2017: Morgan Lewis represented Lovell Minnick Partners on its investment in Engage People, Inc., a leading global solutions provider for the loyalty and incentive industry.
The investment will support plans for growth at Engage People. Inc., which will continue to be majority owned and operated by the current management team.
Having raised $1.7 billion in committed capital, Lovell Minnick provides equity capital for growth investments, management buyouts, succession and ownership transitions, and recapitalizations.
