NEW YORK, September 11, 2017: Morgan Lewis partner Richard Taffet has been named to The National Law Journal’s 2017 list of Antitrust Trailblazers.
Mr. Taffet serves as lead counsel in a wide range of antitrust, intellectual property, and other domestic and international litigation and counselling matters. During his more than 35 years of practice, he has represented clients in the communications, consumer electronics, financial, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, software, and industrial products industries, and is recognized as being on the forefront of issues relating to antitrust and technology and, in particular, as they relate to technical standards development.
The Third Annual Antitrust Trailblazer awards honor top practitioners who demonstrate deep passion and perseverance in pursuit of their mission, having achieved remarkable successes on their way. Mr. Taffet and other 2017 honorees were featured in a September supplement published by The National Law Journal.
