BOSTON, March 8, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented National Grid in its agreement to purchase clean energy company and renewables developer Geronimo Energy. National Grid, an electricity, natural gas, and clean energy delivery company, has agreed to pay $100m, with potential for further payments.
