LONDON, July 9, 2019: Morgan Lewis has advised US investor Alpha Energy on the acquisition of Third Energy’s onshore gas exploration and production assets.
Third Energy, which owns a power-generating station in North Yorkshire, UK, appraises, develops, and produces gas, and expects to use hydraulic fracturing techniques.
Morgan Lewis partners Tomasz Woźniak, Nicholas Moore and Olivier Chambord, and associate Allison Soilihi led the team advising Alpha Energy. The team also included partners Kate Habershon, Lee Harding, Julian Goodman and Paul Denham, and associates Neil McKnight and Nichola Foley.
