BOSTON, September 11, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Birdsboro Power LLC (and its owners, funds managed by Ares Infrastructure and Power, Tokyo Gas America, Sojitz Corp., and Kyushu Electric Power Co.) in connection with the amendment of the debt facilities related to the Birdsboro Power Project, an approximately 485-megawatt, natural-gas-fired, combined-cycle electric generation facility in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. Morgan Lewis also represented Birdsboro Power LLC in connection with the initial development and project financing of the Birdsboro Power Project.
