BOSTON and WASHINGTON, DC, January 13, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Atlantic Broadband in the company’s definitive agreement to purchase Thames Valley Communications (TVC).
Atlantic Broadband, a subsidiary of Cogeco Communications Inc., is the eighth-largest cable operator in the United States. The company provides its residential and business customers with internet, TV, and phone services in 11 states. TVC is a broadband services company operating in southeastern Connecticut.
Partners Andy Ray and Kim Taylor led the Morgan Lewis team advising Atlantic Broadband. The team also included associate Christopher Ronne and partners Anastasia Dergacheva and Tamar Finn.
