WASHINGTON, DC, August 3, 2020: Morgan Lewis partner Stephanie Schuster has been recognized on The National Law Journal’s 2020 list of DC Rising Stars. Stephanie is one of only 40 lawyers featured in the annual list, which recognizes top legal talent in the region under age 40 based on lawyers’ successes as well as client and peer recommendations.
Stephanie’s inclusion was a result of her extensive appellate work. A significant part of her practice at the trial and appellate levels involves the Americans with Disabilities Act and its application to new technologies. Elected to the partnership in 2019, Stephanie has argued cases before the US courts of appeals and before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. In addition to her appellate practice, Stephanie contributes a large amount of her time to pro bono work. In 2019, she devoted 190 hours to pro bono cases. She is also a member of Law360’s 2020 Appellate Editorial Advisory Board.
