Firm Chair Jami McKeon was featured in a Legal Intelligencer article about the importance of law firms putting social justice at the forefront to attract diverse talent. Jami discussed the firm's focus on increasing the number of Black and Hispanic lawyers at Morgan Lewis and the diversity reflected in this year's Summer Associate Program. She also highlighted the firm’s Mobilizing for Equality Leadership Task Force, consisting of 14 working groups focusing on voting rights, engaging with law enforcement, access to education, racial justice pro bono work, and more, as well as the financial contributions made by partners to organizations furthering the cause of racial justice.
