Morgan Lewis partner Kenneth Nunnenkamp was quoted in an article by Inside U.S. Trade about China’s new export control law. “The Unreliable Entity List of China is going to create a new challenge,” Kenneth said in the piece. “Chinese laws require that some technologies owned by foreign businesses in China be made available to Chinese entities, which could put a multinational company in jeopardy of violating U.S. export control rules.”
