LOS ANGELES, August 3, 2022: Morgan Lewis partner Kathy Gao has been recognized in the 2022 edition of the Daily Journal's annual Top Forty Under 40. The special section highlights the work of California lawyers under the age of 40.
Kathy represents corporate clients in complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions, as well as in sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and wrongful termination matters. She has appeared in both state and US federal court and has experience at the appellate level. Kathy is a co-leader of the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network.
