Morgan Lewis Advises Global Hospitality Brand Selina on SPAC Merger

LONDON, BOSTON, October 27, 2022: Morgan Lewis represented global hospitality brand Selina on its merger with BOA Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The transaction, which closed on October 27, 2022, sees Selina become a publicly listed company on Nasdaq.
