BOSTON, November 29, 2022: Morgan Lewis advised Strand Therapeutics in securing additional capital for its Series A financing round, which now totals $97 million. FPV led the round, with participation from Eli Lilly and Company, Potentum Partners, existing investor Playground Global, and an additional unannounced syndicate.
Strand is a biopharmaceutical company committed to aiding patients through the development of programmable, long-acting mRNA therapeutics.
