Morgan Lewis Advises AptarGroup on Strategic Investment in Sonmol
2025年10月13日SHANGHAI, October 13, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented AptarGroup Inc. in its strategic investment in Sonmol. Aptar is a global leader in drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing, and protection technologies, and Sonmol is a Chinese digital respiratory therapeutics company.
The investment includes a restructuring of Aptar’s equity investment across onshore and offshore entities under the variable interest entity (VIE) structure and further extends the parties’ collaboration into the precision micron-scale drug delivery sector.
