Quoting from the authors’ LawFlash on China’s Regulations on Industrial and Supply Chain Security, the article highlights the risk of conflicting legal obligations for multinational companies operating across jurisdictions.

“Companies may face direct legal conflict where complying with US or EU law could itself trigger enforcement risk in China,” according to the authors.
