Partner Michael Masling and associate Florian Hinderer authored an article for Competition Law Insight about the draft bill on the 10th amendment to the German Act against Restraints of Competition, which seeks to modernize German antitrust rules and address challenges associated with the increasing digitization of the global economy.
They examine the range of changes and note that “the Draft Bill aims to establish a digital regulatory framework that includes administrative instruments for the German Federal Cartel Office to intervene quickly and effectively.”
