Morgan Lewis partners and directors of the firm’s Workplace Culture Consulting group Chai Feldblum and Sharon Masling co-authored a Bloomberg Law article about lessons from the #MeToo movement that can help employers create safe and respectful workplaces in the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In the article, they discuss the main principles employers should consider to create these workplaces: leadership, policies and procedures, accountability, training, and a sense of collective responsibility.
