NEW YORK, December 3, 2013: Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. has announced the closing of the public offering of 19,550,000 shares of common stock, including 2,550,000 shares of common stock issued as a result of the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC and certain other stockholders of the Company at a public offering price of $37.00 per share. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds from the offering.
Phoenix, Arizona-based Sprouts Farmers Market is a specialty retailer of fresh, natural and organic foods operating more than 160 stores in eight states.
Morgan Lewis served as Sprouts Farmers Market’s legal adviser on the offering.
