PHILADELPHIA, March 4, 2014: Jami McKeon, Chair-elect of Morgan Lewis, announced today that Anthony Licata has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Licata joins Morgan Lewis from Am Law 100 global firm Dechert LLP, where he was COO. He has nearly 20 years of management and strategic business planning experience in the legal, insurance and professional services industries with particular expertise in financial management, business-process planning and strategic planning. Mr. Licata will be responsible for leading Morgan Lewis’s global operations across the firm’s 25 offices.

As COO, Mr. Licata will direct, plan, and coordinate the team of professionals who lead and manage operations at Morgan Lewis, including finance, information technology, human resources, and operations. He will be resident in the firm's Philadelphia office.
