The eData Practice’s new capabilities include the critical development of mobile data collection and processing technology enabling Morgan Lewis and its affiliates to efficiently and securely collect and process client data anywhere in the world.  In a related move, Morgan Lewis is also expanding its global review capabilities, offering clients high quality, low cost offshore first level review services that transcend geographic borders while satisfying country-specific compliance requirements.

“These elevated global capabilities allow us to better guide and counsel clients facing cross-border legal issues while simultaneously managing the critical technology and battle-tested processes required to ensure regional compliance,” said eData Practice leader Stephanie “Tess” Blair.
