She is one of 31 dynamic women in the Philadelphia region recognized by the publication this month for her personal and professional accomplishments.

In addition to her practice, she devotes significant time to supporting women internally at the firm and in the community and serves on the board of directors of Women’s Way, which works to positively impact the lives of more than 200,000 women and their families.
In her practice, Ms. Soslow is dedicated to working with public companies and emerging growth businesses primarily in the biotechnology, financial services, technology, medical device, and specialty pharmaceutical sectors. Her transactional practice is focused on complex public and private equity and debt securities, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
