ORANGE COUNTY, February 25, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Western Emulsions Inc., a supplier of branded and standard asphalt emulsions and raw asphalt, in its acquisition of an asphalt emulsion manufacturing facility in White City, OR, from Morgan Emultech, dba VSS Emultech.
With this strategic acquisition, Western Emulsions now will offer its range of emulsion products to public agency customers throughout the Pacific Northwest and northern California for their roadway construction, preservation, and recycling programs.
The Morgan Lewis team leading the transaction included partners Bryan Gadol and Chris Amandes as well as associate Randy Wood.
