PHILADELPHIA, February 11, 2015 - Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce that four of the firm’s partners have been recognized by BTI Consulting as Client Service All-Stars. This is the fifth consecutive year in which Morgan Lewis has had at least three lawyers named to the distinguished list of professionals who continue to demonstrate excellence in client service.
“Morgan Lewis continues to be one of the few firms with more BTI Client Service All-Stars than most year after year,” said Michael B. Rynowecer, President of The BTI Consulting Group. “Clients believe the firm embeds clients and client service in their culture, which drives their partners to perform at the most elite levels.”
The BTI Consulting Group is a leading provider of strategic market research to law firms and professional services firms and has consistently identified Morgan Lewis and its lawyers as providers of exceptional client service in its publications. The BTI Client Service All-Stars 2015 report is made up of a select group of attorneys who corporate counsel recognize as client service leaders. In the All-Stars guide, general counsel cite six attributes in identifying a lawyer as superior in client service: client focus, innovative thought leader, exceptional understanding of the client’s business, legal skills, outsized value, and outstanding results.
“We are thrilled that our lawyers have achieved this outstanding recognition from BTI,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “We are focused every day on providing exceptional client service, so it is particularly rewarding when our clients recognize the firm and our lawyers for those efforts.”
In December, the firm was ranked 4th among an elite group of 30 large law firms singled out by corporate counsel for their unparallel client service in the authoritative BTI Client Service A-Team 2015 guide. Morgan Lewis is one of only three firms from the guide that also appears in the BTI Client Service 30, a list of firms that received the most client recognition for each of the past 14 years. The firm maintained its number four ranking from 2014, after climbing 21 spots the year before. BTI also ranked Morgan Lewis second out of 650 firms serving large clients in its March 2014 Client Relationship Scorecard.
Other recent recognitions of Morgan Lewis by BTI include the BTI Litigation Outlook Report 2015 that once again named Morgan Lewis one of only five Complex Employment Litigation “Powerhouses,” as well as only one of three Class Actions and Torts Litigation “Powerhouses” among major law firms. Litigation “Powerhouse” selections are based on one-on-one interviews conducted by BTI with corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies across 15 industries.
