LOS ANGELES, May 18, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, a Japanese corporation and one of the largest shipping companies in the world (NYK), and NYK Group Americas Inc., a Delaware corporation, in the sale of Crystal Cruises LLC to Genting Hong Kong Ltd., a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, in a transaction valued at $550 million.
