Texas Labor & Employment Team Named Litigation Department of the Year

On May 6, the Texas Lawyer named our Labor and Employment team in Texas as its Labor and Employment Litigation Department of the Year for 2015.

The Texas team has been at the forefront this year in cases covering trade secrets, labor relations, wage and hour claims, and employee benefits litigation, including two appeals before the US Supreme Court.
