BOSTON, June 26, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Atlantic Power Corporation in the $347 million sale of its wind generation projects to TerraForm Power Inc. The transaction, which included the sale of five operating wind projects in Idaho and Oklahoma, was announced April 1 and closed earlier today.
Morgan Lewis partner Mitch Carroll led the transaction team which included partners Dan Nelson, Judy Walkoff, Peter Pound, Mark Williams, Lisa Burton, Gary Rothstein and Harry Robins. Of counsels Peter Batten and Lisa Campisi provided support along with associates Daniel Losk, Meredith Klionsky, Gabriel Quihuis and Martin d’Halluin.
