PHILADELPHIA, June 9, 2015: Morgan Lewis recently represented Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) in its $231 million acquisition of Garden Fresh Gourmet. The agreement was announced on June 9, 2015, and is subject to regulatory approval.
