PRINCETON, June 26, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented General Econopak in its $175 million sale to Steris Corporation. The deal was announced on June 24, 2015 and is subject to customary conditions to closing, including HSR.
The Morgan Lewis team advising General Econopak on the transaction was led by partner Steve Cohen. Assisting on the transaction were partners Judith Walkoff, Amy Kelly, Richard Zarin, Jeannine Bishop, Harry Robins, and Kathleen Sanzo.
