Morgan Lewis Advises eBay in $925 Million Sale of eBay Enterprise

PHILADELPHIA, July 17, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented eBay in the $925 million sale of its e-commerce operations business, eBay Enterprise, to Permira and Sterling Partners.

eBay Enterprise will be acquired by Permira affiliates and a Sterling Partners-led consortium including Sterling-owned fulfillment company Innotrac Corp. and Longview Asset Management. eBay Enterprise consists of four divisions -- Magento Commerce Technologies, eBay Marketing Solutions, Enterprise Services and Operations. The transaction, which is expected to close in the second half of 2015, is subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

The Morgan Lewis team was led by partner Richard Aldridge.
