Antitrust partner Stephen Paul Mahinka is quoted regarding the reported bid by Tsinghua Unigroup Ltd. for Micron Technology Inc. (MU), the sole remaining U.S.-based maker of memory chips. The deal would be the largest foreign takeover by a Chinese firm.
