NEW YORK, December 18, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Perrigo Company in its acquisition of a portfolio of generic dosage forms and strengths of Retin-A® from Matawan Pharmaceuticals, LLC. The transaction was announced on December 17 and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016.
