Morgan Lewis Partner Mark Krotoski Named to Inaugural Incident Response 30 Report

SILICON VALLEY, March 31, 2016: Morgan Lewis antitrust and cybersecurity partner Mark Krotoski has been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 30. The inaugural Incident Response 30 recognizes the 30 “best and brightest” data breach response lawyers critical to ensuring a comprehensive and successful response to any data breach scenario.

Mr. Krotoski has extensive cyber trial and investigation experience in both the public and private sectors. During his nearly 20 years as a federal prosecutor in the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Mr. Krotoski served as the National Coordinator of the Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (CHIP) Program at DOJ, and as an active Silicon Valley cybercrime prosecutor, among other DOJ leadership positions. At DOJ, Mr. Krotoski successfully led international, national and regional investigations and prosecutions of nearly every type of computer intrusion, cybercrime, and criminal intellectual property violations. Today he counsels clients on cyber risk prevention and cybersecurity compliance, responding to data breaches and government investigations on cyber issues, and developing effective cybersecurity and trade secret protection plans. He has written extensively on these issues.
