Morgan Lewis Ranked as one of Juristat's Top 100 Patent Firms

Juristat, a patent analytics firm based in St. Louis, has ranked Morgan Lewis no. 3 in its "Top 100 Patent Firms" list.

It is the only ranking of US law firms based on those firms’ objective performance in front of the US Patent and Trademark Office. Juristat’s analysis comes from a data set of more than 7 million patent applications and is based on a weighted average of four criteria, including total number of applications filed, allowance rate, average number of office actions to allowance, and average time to allowance. The average number of office actions to allowance considered those applications disposed between July 2013 and July 2014, and the number of applications filed was based on that same time period.
