Two Morgan Lewis Associates Recognized in National Bar Association’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’

NEW YORK, June 9, 2016: Morgan Lewis labor and employment associates Jocelyn Cuttino and Terry Johnson have been recognized by the National Bar Association (NBA) on its 2016-2017 Top 40 Under 40 Nation's Best Advocates list.

Ms. Cuttino, resident in the Washington office, and Mr. Johnson, resident in Princeton, were chosen by the NBA from among more than 260 nominees as top lawyers under age 40 in the United States who exemplify high achievement in innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community involvement. The NBA is the oldest and largest national network of predominantly African-American lawyers and judges in the United States.

Ms. Cuttino counsels employers on statutory compliance, antidiscrimination practices, employment policies, human resources procedures, and best practices for avoiding litigation and developing positive employee relations.

Mr. Johnson is a litigator who has a diverse practice representing employers primarily in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and retail industries in a broad array of employment litigation brought under state and federal law.
