Morgan Lewis Partner Carl Valenstein to Co-chair Boston Bar Association’s International Law Section

BOSTON, August 9, 2016: Morgan Lewis partner Carl Valenstein has been appointed to serve as a co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) International Law Section from September 2016 until August 2018.

The BBA has 24 sections, and co-chairs are appointed to two-year terms by the BBA president. Section co-chairs are responsible for helping to plan events and educational programs, and they play a vital role as leaders of the organization.

Mr. Valenstein focuses his practice on domestic and international corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and transactional finance. He counsels extensively in the life science, telecom/electronics, and maritime industries, and has worked broadly in Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
