BOSTON, September 2, 2016: Morgan Lewis partner Jonathan Albano has started his term as Vice President of the Boston Bar Association (BBA). Mr. Albano is also a Trustee of the Boston Bar Foundation and is a member of the BBA’s Amicus Committees. Prior to his position as Vice President, he served as Secretary and Treasurer of the BBA, Chair of the Finance Committee, and Co-Chair of the BBA’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Section.
Mr. Albano focuses his practice primarily on commercial, media, and appellate litigation. He is a member of the American College of Trial Attorneys and has argued over 40 appeals. Mr. Albano’s commercial litigation work includes representation of private and public companies. He has tried and obtained favorable results for clients in contract disputes, libel, purchase price adjustment, and complex construction claims.
