BOSTON, September 28, 2016: Morgan Lewis Managing Partner for Client Service Steven C. Browne has been named to The National Law Journal's second annual list of M&A and Antitrust Trailblazers.
The recognition is based on Mr. Browne's work as lead counsel to Raytheon Company in the defense contractor's $1.9 billion acquisition of Austin, Texas-based cybersecurity firm Websense, as well as his role in Morgan Lewis’s combination with Bingham McCutchen, where he was then Managing Partner.
The honor recognizes movers and shakers in the legal industry who have made an impact in the M&A and antitrust sectors through new types of strategies or innovative court cases.
Mr. Browne and the other honorees were profiled in the publication's special M&A and Antitrust Trailblazers issue on September 26.
