PHILADELPHIA, July 10, 2017: Morgan Lewis represented Harron Communications, a pioneer in the Cable Television industry, in its sale of MetroCast cable systems for $1.4 billion to Atlantic Broadband, a subsidiary of Cogeco Communications.
MetroCast is a leading provider of video, internet, and phone to communities in the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.
