PHILADELPHIA, September 18, 2017: Morgan Lewis partner Michael J. Pedrick has been appointed president of the British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia (BABCPHL), of which the firm served as a founding member.
Mr. Pedrick has served on the BABCPHL Board of Directors in many capacities, including as secretary and most recently as vice president for more than ten years. In total, the council has benefited from his more than quarter century of board membership, valued service and contributions.
Mr. Pedrick focuses his practice primarily on finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. He handles a wide range of finance matters, including syndicated credits with institutional lenders, leveraged acquisition and asset-based financings, and senior and mezzanine venture financings, often involving multiple jurisdictions including the UK and other European jurisdictions as well as the US. He has practiced at Morgan Lewis for nearly 30 years.
