CHICAGO, October 13, 2017: Morgan Lewis partner Tinos Diamantatos has been named to Law Bulletin Publishing Co.’s 2017 40 Under Forty list of Illinois lawyers to watch. This annual list honors the exceptional work of lawyers under the age of 40 throughout the state.
Mr. Diamantatos was selected by the publisher from more than 1,500 lawyers across Illinois. The colleagues, peers, and clients who nominated him for the designation pointed to his dedication to the teams on which he served and his mastery of the art of direct and cross-examination, referring to him as “one of the most formidable trial attorneys of his generation in Chicago.”
A seasoned trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor, Mr. Diamantatos represents organizations and individuals in litigation, government and internal investigations, and securities enforcement proceedings. This includes white collar crime, litigation related to government investigations, qui tam litigation, and complex civil litigation. He also counsels clients on compliance issues. Mr. Diamantatos currently serves as the president of the prestigious Chicago Inn of Court.
