College of Labor & Employment Lawyers Inducts Morgan Lewis Partner Daryl Landy as Fellow

ORANGE COUNTY, June 25, 2018: Morgan Lewis partner Daryl Landy has been elected a fellow of the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Landy will be welcomed into the college at its 23rd annual induction dinner on November 10 in San Francisco.

Mr. Landy joins 21 Morgan Lewis colleagues who are current fellows. Membership in the College is by invitation only, honoring lawyers who have made a sustained contribution to the field of employment law and meet the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and character.

Mr. Landy focuses on employment litigation and counseling, regularly representing well-known financial services companies and employers from various other industries. He provides experience in a broad range of employment-related litigation, with a particular focus on wage and hour class and collective actions and on single-plaintiff cases in court and in arbitration. Mr. Landy also counsels clients in many aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, whistleblower laws, retaliation, and noncompete covenants.

The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a fellowship of accomplished members of the labor and employment law community and serves as a resource of knowledge, skills, experience, and history for the bar, academia, government, and the community at large.
