PHILADELPHIA, September 27, 2018: Morgan Lewis partner Stephen Jannetta was recently elected to serve on the Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA) board of directors. LSPA represents the commonwealth’s life sciences industry, creating a business and public policy environment to foster life sciences growth and success. Mr. Jannetta, who had previously served on the organization’s board, has twice chaired Life Sciences Future, the association’s annual life sciences conference.
An active member of the local legal and business communities, Mr. Jannetta provides clients in the life sciences, healthcare and health insurance, health information technology, and technology industries with corporate advice and counsel. His clients include public and privately held corporations and he regularly advises them on complex matters, including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities law issues, joint ventures, corporate governance, and technology licensing transactions.
Mr. Jannetta has been elected to a two-year term.
