Morgan Lewis Advises LifeShield in Sale to ADT

PHILADELPHIA, February 12, 2019: Morgan Lewis recently represented home security company LifeShield LLC in its $25 million sale to ADT Inc., a provider of monitored security and interactive home and business automation solutions in the United States and Canada. The transaction was announced on February 11.
