BOSTON, February 11, 2019: Morgan Lewis advised Direct Vet Marketing, Inc. (also known as Vets First Choice) in its merger with the animal health business of Henry Schein Inc., which was spun off as a separate publicly traded company, Covetrus. The company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as CVETV. The transaction, which was announced in the spring of 2018, closed on February 7, 2019.
