LONDON, April 29 – Morgan Lewis has advised private equity firm MML Capital Partners on its minority investment in Altius.
Headquartered in London with operations in the Netherlands and India, Altius is one of Europe’s fastest growing technology businesses and assists companies in the use of data to drive improved performance. The deal will support its continued UK growth and global expansion.
Morgan Lewis partner Tom Cartwright led the team advising MML, which also included partners Simon Lightman, Lee Harding, and Kate Habershon, and associates Jack Shawdon and Grace Tan.
