SINGAPORE, June 20, 2019: Morgan Lewis Stamford has advised Jason Holdings Limited in the listing of Revez Corporation Ltd. on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) via a $31.2 million reverse takeover of Jason Holdings.
Revez is an integrated information technology solutions provider focusing on immersive and interactive multimedia, information, and communications technology and business process automation.
